Hope you go on okay Den, I was awful for about four days and then picked up really well, I think it was probably the most time I spent on here. Anyway get yourself well soon.

 

I'm currently on Day 9 but tested positive everyday since Day 5. Frustrating.

Symptoms wise, I'll second your emotion. Crap when I wake up. Tired early evening.

Otherwise a slight cough, bit of a headache first few days.

Must feel weird you'll be released after 10 days even if you still keep testing positive? (I think that's the case?)

I'm not too bad really. Still working, but from home and just a bit grumpier and less tolerant with people!

Interesting. I'm in day seven of my COVID isolation now and that's my experience too - sleepless night with gunk-induced coughing, perk up in the daytime, crash in time to snooze through Pointless. I'm off work and feel like I'm taking the piss so it's good to hear someone else is having a similar time!

I have.. it’s **** all, not even a light cold. That doesn’t mean I’m dismissing it’s effect on other people but on myself it was nowt.. stay safe and wrap up warm…**** knows why I put wrap up warm getting soft in my old age lol

 

Yes. A father and son wo go in my local. Dad, who has health problems was hardly affected , son who is fit as a fiddle ended up in hospital on a ventilator.

 

Can't say as I do? I know a lot of gaffers in our place have had it several times as have their children,poor bastards have lost a lot of work-time through it but thankfully they get full pay

Most of the hourly paid,non sick pay(statutory only) serfs,myself included,have thankfully avoided it.

 

Only need to isolate for 7-10 days so you’ll be fine by 22/2/22 to go to match.

 

Actually it’s only five days now I just read if you test negative on day 4 and 5 (or something like that)
I’ll still give it a miss Saturday I think
