Team vs Blackburn

This is my third article of the day because I am slightly bored and I know this has already been done. However there has now been two players confirmed to be more or less out of the game and I was wondering what people think the starting line-up will be based on injuries and what has been said and also if you were in charge who would you start?

I think we will win this game 2-1 after extra time with goals from HBA and Sameobi.

The top one I'd got with tbh except Krul in net.

 

Elliott will almost definitely start sadly . Also why would you want Lovenkrands to start? Surely anyone would prefer Vuckic over Lovenkrands!

 

Vuckic is confirmed to be playing, and apparently Krul has stated he 'will play'. Assumed Abeid will come in for Tiote too

 

I'd go abeid and guthrie in midfield with Fergie and Marv on wings, defence I agree with

 

He's been playing 2 up top and I don't think that'll change.

Though I'm not sure what to make of it if Marveaux plays. Does it mean that he won't replace Obertan against Stoke if he plays Blackburn?

That's what I was thinking. But we don't play for another five days so you never know. I think this is the chance to give Santon, Marveaux and HBA the full 90 minutes (or 120) and then if they play well we can give them a chance against Stoke.

 

If you could pick just one of the players to start this game, who would it be?

Mine would be Abeid. I really want to see him play and we need a back up defensive mid so we need to give him a bit of experience.

 

I really wanna see abeid again too, he was awesome against forest, wouldn't mind a gander at santon whilst you're at it though!

 

Abeid. Very interested in how this lad does.

I didn't watch the Forest game because there was no streams . But I only live an hour or so away from Blackburn so I am coming to this game, so I really hope he gets a start. Lee Ryder said he looked brilliant in training during the USA tour.

 

Better highlights of the Forest game eventually came out, much longer than the crappy Sky Sports review highlights. I posted them in the eBar, I'll have a quick look if I can dig it out for you.

Bastards, I live in Manchester so not too far and I was gonna go, but then realised I really can't afford to Gutted!

 

I went out Friday night and tried to get some money out but it wouldn't let me. So I checked my bank balance and I have 92p, I was gutted!
