Eaves, first half he was outstanding, that alone was worth my MOM vote. Baxter. Once they got passed being shocked, they had a few chances, but he stopped them, the save onto the bar was the best obviously. Fleming, I’ve always thought he does well when he’s played, I was happy to see him in the lineup today, looked very good going forward & solid in defence, although his defending was attacking, so make of that what you will!
Fleming easy, 13 months since his last league start. Eaves, proving me wrong every game nowadays. McLoughlin, why he didn't start for so long is a big blemish on Grant this season.
Honeymonster - Brutalized by Swansea and still the best player on the field. Bernard - Impeccabile on defense. Strong going forward, Eaves - A real threat up front.
Well it's been a long time since I picked my best three, as I stuck with the rules. It's difficult because sadly I didn't even recognise some of our players. I will say this though. If I was a scout for another club, I'd be reporting back with... 1/Sign George Honeyman. 2/ Tom Eaves, he's much better than I thought. 3/ KLP, He's going to get better and better and then better again. ****ing great day
I agree with you re Honeyman was involved with everything. Just watched the goals again and was heavily involved in both of those
Fair one, I think he was using the same Duracell’s as Honeyman yesterday. Indeed to be fair most games he works his arse off and leads as a captain should.
Eaves. George. Fleming. Baxters save pushing it onto the bar is worth a special mention. The good times are a comin'.
