Rail work was already planned, another game where it would be good to take the kids to ruined by the greed of the FA and TV companies
Looks like we're starting to overhaul our scouting system, starting with one of the Chavs' senior international scouts please log in to view this image

Can't wait to see the Lunatic Fringe twist themselves in knots saying they're glad to see the back of him yet also wish Levy supported him because he's clearly a world-beater You know, the usual bollocks
He got Skriniar to agree terms a couple of summers ago, only for Inter to say £50m (in a depressed transfer market) or bugger off So that already puts him ahead of Comolli and Mitchell...
That's basically what I mean, though. He seemed to go after plenty of decent targets only to be blocked by various managers or Levy. Didn't have an easy job, but I don't know how well he did it, either.
The problem is that the fatwa that was taken out on him last season by a completely rational section of our fanbase who definitely don't have any agenda skewed perception more than anything else, given at points last season we had the sensibles calling Hitchen Levy's puppet...but Mason was Hitchen's puppet It's also telling that Ndombele is regularly used as a stick to beat him with when he was Poch's choice above all else - including Tielemans, who Hitchen alerted Poch to the availability of That's where things get difficult, because the Narrative changes on a dime from one transfer to the next
Long but interesting breakdown here of club finances from THST, obviously including some necessary speculation.
Interesting. Thanks for posting. The obvious main issues seem to be The club has cash reserves but not at ridiculous levels. The money from the CL years has long since been spent; We've become really bad at raising revenue from player sales. Given that we were long portrayed as a 'selling club', that's grimly quite funny. Let's hope that we improve; We need to get back into the EL or preferably, CL. It's a ****ing gravy train and without it, we'll continue to decline. We wasted money on Ndombele and Lo Celso, but the CL revenue allowed us to waste it; We need to sort out the stadium sponsorship. It's free money. Given ENIC's safety first application of a self-sustaining model is now battling a growing number of clubs who are either cheating FFP or gambling on getting into the European spots, to pay off current transfer and wage spending, we really need to up our game across the board. Unless we get 4th this season, or a stadium sponsorship with significant money up front, or both, we're going to need some external investment to get back to where we were 3 years ago. If we don't do it now, it will be harder next year and even harder the year after...
