Chill Flossy In all seriousness though mate, if you’re looking to replace meat for a chilli, bolognaise, or anything similar. Try using Jackfruit. It’s got a really ‘meaty’ texture and will take on the flavours of whatever you’re cooking it with. You don’t have to faff about buying a whole jackfruit either as you can buy it in a can.
