Don’t know why it has though, just been reported that there’s no reason to postpone the report there’s no law to stop it being declared

This Bonko saga had gone on too long now, starting with not sacking Cummings ie the gaff about Barney. Then trying to change the rules when an MP broke them (they lost the seat in a by-election)... then the who paid for wallpaper. .. then I don't attend parties...

We have Russia invading Ukraine?, Covid19 and Brexit unfinished business and a cost of living crisis.

What is the PM doing... throwing out plums (or redmeat) to keep backbenchers supporting him. Hospitals must be getting sick of the sight of him... its the only place he goes.

Boris Johnson cares about one thing and one thing only...Boris Johnson. He could be one of two things a. A bumbling incompetent oaf who has no idea what is going on around him or b. A fully cognisant manipulative lying corrupt bastard who is complicit in the ****storm going on. Either of those options should not be in any position of authority, let alone Prime Minister.

You may well be right but I'm not sure what to think tbh.

At the moment I'd say he's a little from Column A and a little from Column B.

I don't believe he has enough attention span, or regard for what people think, to organise any kind of meaningful strategy. I just think he does whatever he feels like doing and relies on his self acknowledged bluster and bull to steamroller through any obstacles he encounters. That's always worked because he's slipped away and left other people to clear up his mess.

That can't happen here, although he still uses every means to hide away when things get difficult, because the buck stops at his door ...

... he's not a pleasant man and those who he trod on during his way up will be keen to give him a few kicks on his way down.

As I understand, the PM gets to go through the report and decide what's released.

Sue Gray has been built up as the Terminator.

In truth she's more like the office gossip with a gagging order ...

... lots of shrugs, winks and arm folding but nothing of any substance.

If the senior Tories weren’t confident they could control the findings they wouldn’t be saying ‘wait for the report’. On a daily basis they are now making out the gatherings parties were an exaggeration, seemingly not getting that they were still against the rules. For some reason many are worried about Johnson resigning, desperate for him to stay. Probably because they are worried the children in their constituencies may have their new schools or health centres cancelled by the whips.Power hungry corrupt bastards.

I suppose Bonko is like Trump, he will cling onto power come what may, being prised away with a crowbar is the only way.

Nobody really thought that politicians were honourable and honest. Bur Trump and Bonko take it to a new low.

For the Tory Party, Boris is an Enigma.
He promised BREXIT, and delived it.
He oversaw the biggest Parliamentary majority for The Party since Maggie's time.
He won seats in places where you would have expected them to lose their deposit.
It looked as if Labour was dead and buried.
After a dodgy start he oversaw a vaccine rollout that most countries were in envy of.

And after all that he cmpletely lost the plot with a show of arrogance that has been stunning to see.

For anyone who wants to see him stay in Number 10, can I sugest that you go into Fantacy Land and imagine that Corbyn had won that majority and gone on to behave like Boris has.
Would you be wanting Jeremy to stay on???

Boris is now so far past his sell by date that he is toxic.
    Get him out.
Move him up to The Lords as a reward for BREXIT, then tell him to shut it and go and write his memoirs, QUIETLY.
