So what’s your point, what difference does it make what the lad does for a living?

Wrights an interesting one. Was keen to see him moved on thought he was slow and past it but to be honest he’s been an absolute rock last few games he has played just what we have needed Just shows sometimes need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture

Definitely been a good decision to keep Wright, we will have a potentially water tight defence with Wright, Batth and Doyle playing together.

I just hope Wright can quickly get and stay fit for the rest of the season.

Aye Johnson was correct on this probably, depending on the length of his injured spell.

@Prehab26 any news on that new investment by the end of the month? Apparently Sartori was up for the match at the weekend but not sure if it was in relation to this?

Very odd to sign a winger. Spurs fans want shot.

  13. He's full of promise, but hardly the finished article. If Rosco gets injured,we need a ready made replacement up top.

Jack Clarke fits the profile exactly of the kind of player who is / was highly rated but hasn't kicked on. But other than that this is a confusing one.

I was sure he was prominently a winger. If he's more of a striker than I thought, then fair enough. But as far as I know he's a more direct winger type.

Not sure how we are fitting all these players into the same team.

It's Wayne Vesey from Football Insider reporting it again - and he's been spot on throughout and I reckon has links into the club (even if they thought Roberts was a loan).

Personally if shopping at Spurs I'd have preferred Dane Scarlett.

Do we need another winger? I don't think we do...

  16. Anyone thinking Lynden might be on the move away? Not 100% sure, but I think he's out of contract in the summer?
It's the only reason I can think of for signing another winger in this window.

Gooch will be more used at RB and RWB for me. Even help cover the left side at times where I think he has actually done really well.

That leaves T. Hume as back up which is fair enough for now, moves Winchester into CM which does away with the necessity to have another CM sign this window. We are well covered, especially once O'Nien is back in a few weeks or so.

Having said all that the signing still seems strange considering the options we have on both sides up top and Clarke certainly isn't being brought in as cover for Stewart
