THE GALLOPING BEAR 12/1 Lingfield 3:35
I think this ex pointer and hunter chaser has a bright future under rules. He might well have won his seasonal debut in a hurdle race at Chepstow had he not tripped over the third last. Sure he will show the regulation fences more respect tomorrow and I think he can pick up this modest enough looking renewal.

    16:08 Lingfield - Triple Trade

(Really hope this selection fares better than my dismal effort yesterday. Good grief, that was dreadful! Triple Trade certainly has the form to run well in this final Handicap Hurdle event of the day. Handles heavy ground, stays the distance, and is reasonably well-treated. Brendon Powell takes the ride for the Colin Tizzard stable. 9/2 with WillieHill best price at time of writing, but generally just 7/2 in most places).

Well we won't be seeing the Germans for the champion bumper - very poor Estacas. We might be seeing Hughie Morrison with Our Jester though - a taking performance.

After the highs of yesterday, horse racing has presented us with low points today with the horrible injury to Master Tommytucker and a very nasty looking fall for Battleoverdoyen at the last there. Hopefully Battleoverdoyen will get up but it looked like curtains for Master Tommytucker :(

Cheers fellas, well done if you followed me as that’s a leap of faith these days.
I think he is a very decent animal, made a shocking mistake on the first circuit and the jockey did well to keep the partnership intact. Loose horse interfered with him as well so all in all a pretty eventful heat. Be interesting to see where they go next.

Looked like a break to the cannon bone sadly. Horse had his issues with falling earlier in his career and had being doing much better of late, shame to see him go out like that.
