    City in talks to sign Alvarez from River Plate. They seem to sign quite a few young S.Americans, kind of ones that would like us to take a chance on.

    To be honest lfc have not even been making many punts lately. All the shall we call them early ones flopped like Alberto etc

    We have done a few deals in the past and sent lads out on loans to get passports and they all flopped or generated a small profit like awoniyi (shocking good fee tbh)

    We've bought English kids now like Elliott and Gordon and there's quite a few European kids floating about in the academy.

    I really wonder what the strategy is at this point tbh

    21 year old striker. £15m release clause. 36 goals in 90 games. Even if it is in Argentina, it’s kind of player that can’t really go wrong on.

    Can’t say I know an awful lot but from what read sounds more like a wide forward who can play centrally. Guess would liken him to Jota in that regard.
