For all the (baffling) slating of Hojbjerg in recent weeks, he deserves a ton of credit for the winner: was in the right place to pick off the pass, laid it off to Kane who played Bergwijn through, and was the first player to celebrate with Bergwijn thanks to his gutbusting run to support him
Doherty was excellent when he came on. Not everything came off for him but he adds so much variety to our attack and he really gets into great positions in the box. That was Doherty of old from his Wolves days. I'm not saying one second half is going to save his spurs career because he has been dog shiete since he arrived but football is a funny old game.....

250th club career goal for Harry . Also got the assist for the winner. Hit both posts and the bar too. Safe to say he enjoyed an eventful game!
It hasn’t been baffling at all, he’s been poor, as have many others. Some of that has been fitness but he hasn’t been at the races at all. He’s far from alone in that regard though. I still don’t think he’s anything like perfect but if he can perform on and off the ball like he did in the second half then he will continue to be an asset.
