There was certainly suggestions that a backer was involved (albeit right at the start of his interest being revealed), however it has gone quiet on that front now, be interesting to know if there is a silent partner helping him with it tbh.
Interest rates are very low, don't see borrowing is a problem really, didn't the Allams pay themselves interest/dividends?
Yes, the Allams owed money. But they owed it to themselves. I always saw that as the safety net for the club's finances.
They sure did, but owing yourself money ( in a round about way ) is much much different from owing a financial institution. If things went wrong then just look at the situation we where in which brought the Allams to is in the first place
The debt was the Allam’s and owed to Allams. Are you actually saying the new owners will be paying them the 40 mill, allegedly owed? .
As certain people are 'rowing' over nothing / anything they can find, perhaps just enjoy the moment, chill out and if you need try this 'rowing' instead...
Banter between the two sets of fans should be good tonight. “Stand up...if you’ve had Covid”. ( Repeat )
Under EFL rules you cannot have secret / silent backers it would have to have been declared as part of the submission of the fit & proper test. Baz has claimed a few times that Acun is doing this alone
So your understand g is a Pearson/Wilkinson type arrangement just with harder to pronounce names and extra zeros?
Yes, but has all or some of that been paid off within in what the new owner has paid for the club? For all we know it might now be debt free. Until the next set of accounts come out is is all speculation.
Baz Cooper. We're in! After almost two years banned from the KCOM/MKM Stadium. we're back in the ground and preparing for kick-off.
