The fat Spanish waiter is been trashed and the fans are screaming for Rooney. Derby are now off the bottom of the Championship after beating the blunts 2-0 and are now only 5 points from safety after being docked 24 points. Rooney could save Derby and would be manager of the season if he pulls it off…. Without the deduction Derby would be just outside play offs so proving to be much better than Lampard :emoticon-0160-movie

Everton want the FSW to fook off

Lots of stories this morning about the £6m deal we’ve done with Standard Liege for their ‘Pitbull’ who will cover for Phillips?

    Nicolas Raskin?

Apparently the latest is Nicolas Raskin from Belgium. 20 year old midfielder.

Never heard of him so had a Google. His first paragraph on wiki.........

Nicolas Raskin (born 23 February 2001) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Standard Liège in the Belgian First Division A. On the 16th January 2022, report emerged that he was due to sign for English Premier League team Leeds United. Due to this and without ever hearing his name spoke before the date, Leeds fans immediately classed him as the best young Midfielder in world football and proceeded to bombard journalists Phil Hay and Graham Smyth on Twitter with requests to clarify the rumour.

<laugh><laugh> I knew it was too good to be true almost a whole week with no mention of Nandez

According to CagliariNews24, the Yorkshire giants have now found themselves leading the chase for the South American star. This is because Torino aren’t prepared to meet Cagliari’s €25m (£20m) price tag for Nandez this January.

As per the report, Leeds are the only side with the finances to meet Cagliari’s demands for Nandez, putting Marcelo Bielsa’s side in the driving seat for the former Boca Juniors superstar.

Leeds were keen on Nandez in the summer. However, a deal was unable to be reached between the two parties despite months of speculation. And now, it appears that the Premier League side are once again hot on the Uruguayan’s tail.

Going to have to say it, because thats the first game since promotion season where I had tears in my eyes. Fk the pundits and the player ratings, my ratings were 9 for everyone. I thought Bate looked heartbroken but he needs to think how Phillips felt in the early days or Klich when they were brought on and hooked off. Rodrigo was always coming on to get some minutes after 60mins so Bate should thank his lucky stars he got on due to injuries or he would have had bench-bruise.

I fantasised about getting a point today but convinced myself we were going to bet a battering. Those boys today fought for their shirt, they fought for the fans, they couldn't pass water they were so bad at times and should have been well ahead if they remembered how to pass to a player in the same colour shirt. i slammed Harrison for his poor season but take my hat off to him because he is probably now back on track with last seasons goal talky. Raphinha looked uninterested and then came to life and made the difference Klich, Ayling, Koch all top performances but Struijk was immense. VAR gifted them a goal last week and robbed us of a goal this week, but fk me 20 games in we are half way there towards safety now and 9 points clear of the drop zone which in real terms is we need to lose 3 games whilst Newcastle win 3 games..

    So proud

Bate should be proud of the shift he put in. He did an important job for the team. He was up against Rice who is as strong as an ox, very good at carrying the ball and an incredibly good defender. Bate was completely outgunned but harried and pressed and always tried to give an option. All you can do is try and upset the opposition and he did at times. He was physically nowhere near Rice's levels and it showed. Hopefully he learnt alot the last two games and will grow bigger over the next couple of years and push on.

In any other team sub the sub and it’s humiliation, in a Bielsa team it’s the norm, hopefully he’ll get lots of positive comments on social media

Dunno about anyone else but I saw a bit of the old mojo back today. fighting tooth and nail, running lost causes, wanting them 50/50 balls.
Dan James playing out of position but my god does he give every last ounce for his team mates.
Been slagging Klich off lately. the pace wasn't there still for him today but on the ball he was very good today.
As on C'B's I honestly think the future is very bright. Struijk comes back from injury and puts out a performance like that shows you how bloody good is becoming. He's improving hand over fist and you can see in his body language he believes in himself.
Hjelde and Cressy are just starting their journeys but you already see both have the same stamp add the experience of Llorente and Koch we have a fine bunch.
Bate his time will come he was getting bossed out there today but its all a learning curve it's now up to him and challenge himself.

Really enjoyed the game today but winning My cup final next week against Newcastle will put me in a right good fettle. as not only will it clear us even further from the barcodes all my mates will have slapped faces.
    Happy weekend Lads and Lasses.

Thought Bate did pretty well and when Rodrigo came on it could have easily been Klich that was hooked instead. It's likely that Bielsa was slighty concerned Bate could cramp up towards the end and given it was his PL debut plus no further subs it was probably the wisest choice.

Likely to be involved until the end of the season now, which would be real progress in his first year with us.

Jason Knight may have to leave Derby as he is their biggest asset. Fee of 8 million.

Don't really know much about him apart from he is a midfielder. Any good?

I think McCallmont is further on regarding men's football. Wonder if we should recall him.
