I'd say it's very difficult to know what a KM player is at the moment and he's probably not too sure himself because he's never had to be in that position before, he's just coached the players the club has which I'd imagine is appealing to Ashton.
I am not sure why several on here say they are miserable! Yes, its true that we had an easy ride at Gillingham, and yes it's early days for KM and so far he and the team have performed so much better than the previous regime, and yes, he is such a young talent and might be poached, but I for one couldnt be happier! I suspect he will stay the course and be advised to see us to promotion, and then consider his options. Your CV looks so much better if you help a big Club turn around its fortunes and your owners backed you to the hilt, and you got promotion too. For now, I am loving watching our games again and what will be will be. If we get another win at Bolton, then everyone will sit up. It will be a tougher match though.
Afternoon Gaffer, not miserable with the football, just my general default position in life, I don,t suffer from depression, but I seem to know quite a few people who do, not sure if you can be a carrier ??? After all the names that were banded about after Cook went this was a real risk, but maybe they had been in contact well before the sacking, hopefully he will want to see us all the way to the premiership.
I know many who find life pretty depressing at the moment and lots of remedies like seeing people face to face, getting outdoors, walks, exercise, healthy food, cut crap processed food, and of course watching a new exciting Club play lovely football! Imo no point in worrying about KMs future with us. He will be loyal and he knows he can take ITFC up to the big time. He might even find a gorgeous Suffolk lass and enjoy exploring our lovely county! There is a life outside footie.
