I think we've done the corbyn is a clown thing to death Ristac, it seems most of us wishy washly snowflake, cancel culture, BLM loving, liberal, lefty, woketards largely agree that the guy was an unelectable nightmare.

We recognise the choice was a dilemma. The point is whether - when boris subsequently treats the public he's meant to serve with disdain - and gets collared lying about it to try and save his own skin, should he survive? It's a pretty sorry state of affairs when no-one seems to give a sh*t about truth and integrity any more. Presumably you're ok with Tony Blair lying about Iraq? Got the job done, getting rid of the murderous nutter Sadam didn't it? Bigger things to worry about than sexing up a report here or there?

Brexit ? He delivered some form of half-arsed Brexit but real effects have yet to be realised. That's another millstone around BJ's neck. The rest of them can get rid of him and the new PM can blame all the negative aspects of Brexit on him, the architect of it all, "nothing to do with me guv". In fact that's probably why they haven't got rid of him yet until the most damaging parts of Brexit have hit home. But Tory MPs are increasingly worried that BJ is becoming more of a liability every day. There won't be a GE for a few years now, but I suspect Labour will form an alliance (perhaps an informal one) with the Lib Dems in order to take as many seats as possible away from the Cons. I think Starmer realises a coalition with the SNP is a non-starter that would put a lot of people off.

Big problem is, as unelectable as Corbyn was, it was his shadow cabinet that was a problem also. Captain hindsight has kept quite a few of them on board.

Boris sold us Brexit (quite right in my view) the last thing we need at the moment is a replacement who will just blame everything on Boris and thereby taking responsibility for nothing. As Ristac say’s who gives a fk about about him having a drink in his back garden
Ps just completed negotiations with Virgin media for new contract, they wanted 73% increase
We settled on no increase, well to be truthfull an increase of 20p per month
    :emoticon-0169-dance
energy prices, come on Boris you can do it just tell Rishi to pull his finger out

The Labour party let the country down by giving the country that choice.

Got to disagree with you not being bothered about his parties mate, this is the man who put severe restrictions on the proles telling them how bad this virus was, he and all the rest of the elites obviously didn't believe the bullshit, he was spouting, wasn't he supposed to be recovering from covid around that time? He can't have been all that scared eh?
Hes a lying fat bastard who should be sacked or resign immediately because, his 'cure' to this virus will eventually kill more people than the virus did, then, he and his cohorts Whitty valance van tam, ferguson and the rest of the clowns at Sage should be jailed for what they have done to this country and its peoples .

To turn that around, would Corbyn have been any worse at manging Covid? I very much doubt it and expect he'd have made a better job of it. He probably wouldn't have decided to not take it seriously and say "I'm going to carry on shaking hands" promplty catch Covid, and then be out of action for ages with no-one nominated to make Covid decisions in his absence. Could Boris have done better? Abso-fecking-lutely.

BJ now won't be seen much in public for the next week as someone close to him has conveniently tested positive for covid. I'm surprised they didn't come up with that one yesterday before PMQs.
