1: An energetic, left-footed central operator, DR Congo international Kayembe joins the Golden Boys after plying his trade in the Belgian top flight for five years. 2: he 27-year-old joins from OGC Nice - currently second in France’s Ligue 1 - for whom he has made 11 league appearances this season. 3: The 27-year-old is the Hornets’ second arrival of the window, bringing a wealth of experience to Vicarage Road having made close to 150 appearances in the Italian top flight. The physically imposing, left-footed defender burst onto the scene at Flamengo in Rio de Janeiro, his hometown. After making his senior debut in 2013 Samir would go on to win the Copa do Brasil that same season, and the Campeonato Carioca in 2014.
And your point is? I've still never heard of the ****s Take note - I'd never heard of what looks like Shola Mk3 (forgot about Sammy)
The response was meant as a joke as it happened to apply to every one of the 5 points. Time will tell on the signings. Cambridge have shown what a team sitting back and defending can do. Ranieri has made a career of playing that way. He's just signed 3 outfield defensive players specifically to try to keep them up. They have signed these players in time for their crunch 3 matches. We are going for a higher quality of players looking longer term which is great. So far we have failed and by the time we succeed it could be too late.
No worries mate.. We're going to beat Watford and even if we go down it's not the end of the world. I think people need to stop seeing relegation and end of days... The club will be back and when it is they'll go for it.. We won't be going down though and the moaners don't deserve what's coming imo
When the wealth came in at City (summer 2008), they were in the relegation zone at Xmas and went out the FA Cup 0-3 at home to Nottingham Forest. There are parallels, they had to start from somewhere too.
Your daily private jet arrival news..... incoming jet from Farnborough in half an hour and then another flying in from Sion in Switzerland at 1:15PM
They all look kinda dogshit though. And thats before we get on to the fact they have turd burger that is Moussa Sissoko in midfield.
Just frustrating is all. I’m sure it’ll work out in the end. I thought this morning, what if EVERY club in the PL has just said “no” to us on any player, at any price? It’s feasible. Suits the PL clubs to have us relegated so that’s an entire market closed to us, and an important one as we’re now stuck with targets who don’t have PL experience.
I think we all just need to enjoy the journey and one thing I think we knew is that Ashley had left a boat the would take quite some time to turn around. It's really 10 days in regarding player recruitment and we've signed 1 very good player.
It's not like our lot don't train against this kind of set up since what feels like Jesus was a lad to be fair.
I'll see that, and raise you........ You aint seen nothing yet, just wait untill the team news is announced at 14.00 on Sat..... "Why the **** is he playing Mbappe up front on his own? Why the **** is Trippier playing out on the right? FFS What sort of idiot plays Botman as a centre back? Jesus Harold Christ what is Howe thinking about playing Dubravka in goal?
Regarding Wood and his alleged release cause. If it is 10-17m then IMO if we are to get him unfortunately this would need to be a final day last minute deal. We can't give Burnley the chance to reinvest that money.
