Take on board the fact that all the other clubs at home and abroad are after the same players 4. Consider the fact that all those clubs aren't 19th facing relegation. 5. Yes. I am being serious. They have so far since taking over not done what I expected. They have signed a player we didn’t need although he is good. But not what was required. Howe had done no better. They have not employed the right staff. They have done at best 4/10 so far for me. I appreciate that we are down the table. But when your selling a vision and your the richest club in the world. It shouldn’t be that bad to make some average player signings that are better than what we have. Why are fans just accepting this? I don’t care if it’s only half way through January that makes no actual difference. We have just been beat at home to Cambridge. And we should have had players through the door in positions we desperately need. Howe has had plenty of time to identify the problem areas.

Then what you expected wasn't in line with the reality of the clubs actual position You haven't considered those points properly mate The clubs in limbo. The same points apply to the staff and you don't know they've got it wrong yet.

I’ve considered everything. It’s others that seem to think that so far they have done well. And that the players are rolling in to help what is already a disaster of a season. I said months ago we needed wins but people where sayings draws where ok. And now it’s coming to bite us on the ****ing Arsenal in more ways than one.

So far the media are right. They have not changed a thing so far. Our results have not improved with the manager change. We have no real staff additions and it’s questionable whether Howe is better than Bruce. And before people start saying they are fitter and running faster that’s irrelevant. Results is what matters. Bruce was getting better results.

I haven't seen any sign of Brown or McParland who were supposed to be advising, nor Hammond who's "consulting" on transfers. I mean, what's this bloke doing? "Nah, don't offer that much, they'll cave." - Lee Charnley did that, and was cheap as chips. Steve Nickson - what the **** is going on here? We signed Willock - twice - and have had absolutely no other recruitment. You would think his job would be to scour the World and have talent ready to go, yet here we are. Spurs have just picked up some Finnish lad called Summanen. Never heard of him, no idea if he's any good. Why aren't we doing that? Is the budget to tight to get bigger players? Then where are the "gems" that Nickson's supposed to find? If the money's there, why aren't we at least ready? I compare it to Graham Carr's time. He would use his contacts, find the players and all the homework in terms of the selling club, the fee, the players interest would be done and players would be over the line in no time. Cabaye, Tiote, Debuchy, Janmaat, Thauvin, Cabella, and on and on. Fast forward to now and I couldn't even begin to tell you what Steve Nickson must do all day. He seems to spend 100x the time doing the same job. He's another ****ing tumour that needs to be cut out. This Hammond thing looked like a bad idea at the start, it's looking even worse now. And to cap it all off, they've got a coach instead of a football manager. I can't see inside the workings of a football club, but I know bad decisions and ineptitude when I see it, and Staveley et al have that in ****ing spades. Right now, I wouldn't trust her to be able to get us back out of the Championship either. Seriously.
Don't need a DOF - They have the recruitment team that was there previously working alongside Howe and Hammond - This is stronger than what we had. Discussions have gone well with Ashworth and will result in him coming once final details of how the club structure will work. In summary - Howe has said I'm going with an attacking 4-4-2 this is howe I want to play and this is the lads I would like in the ordered priority. Bids and enquiries have gone in across the board and in addition to this the club is being overwhelmed from agents from around the world throwing themselves at us and promising players galore. Only way Botman deal does not go ahead is if we walk away from Lille and the gamesmanship their playing. Player wants the move and is now actively seeking it without having gone into twat mode and handing in a transfer request - players lose out on loyalty bonuses etc doing this.
