Yeah james will go striker as bielsa has done that before and it's plan A again. Would be good if James had a blinder just to stick one up at the salford reds.

I’d have Harrison, Summerville, Drameh, Bate, McKinstry as my subs. Apart from Harrison I’d prefer seeing what those subs could do (giving a bit more time) compared to Rodrigo, Shackleton and Roberts, I’ve seen what those three can do and going forward we need better.

I see all the teams below us are loosing, so it’s the league that they are going to concentrate on.

It's possible they just aren't very good.

Newcastle have got a full side out and are trying their knackers off.

Can't see us fielding a strong team for this as we have a match of Wed.
So a battle of the b teams I think.

Wouldn't be surprised if these pl managers don't have a conflab when they draw each other in the earlier rounds

Nice to see Everton going to extra time on a very heavy pitch. That should stay in the legs for a while.

Due to injuries our B team has become our A team, and so there will be quite a lot of C team playing on our Sunday

yeah, our b team defence needs a rest, so I won't be surprised to see a few of our U23's playing. Normally I'd be a bit pissed off to see it in an FA cup against good opposition, but I think we have a better chance of getting further in the Europa league than we do the FA cup. We don't have the squad to contend in 3 competitions, not even sure we have enough to do 2, so something has to give.

Given our success in games in London generally and our depleted squad I think you will still be in the FA Cup come Monday, I hope not but .......

Anyone seen the lad Stewart who plays for Sunderland? I don't know how well he'd do against better opposition but he looks a really good prospect. He's an old style CF but with a lot more to his game. He's got 17 already this season.
Take a look at the highlights of the Wycombe game today.

Not a terrible team and a good mix of youth and experience. Will be good to see how Greenwood, Hjlede (although didn’t realise he was that close to the first team) and Bate get on against PL opposition in a competitive game as they could be the difference between signings 100% needed or they can cover.

Rumour has it on Twitter that Bamford injured his quad in training after the presser so is out for a few more weeks, obviously not sure how true this is but very worry if true.

Yes Hjelde is the strange one but the source is often very reliable. Also states what you say about Bamford is true.
