I announced it when I was making up rules earlier Can’t remember why but it seemed sensible at the time The calculation actually threw up a different number near that, but I chose it for sentimental reasons
Official statement via the club answering the “Has the sale gone through?” question, as promised at 13:00. Should clear a few things up. “The very condition of a sale may be at work in the work, within the system to be sold. It may already be located there, already at work. Not at the center, but in an eccentric center, in a corner whose eccentricity assures the solid sale of the solid system, participating in the sale of what it, at the same time, threatens to sell. One might then be inclined to reach this conclusion a sale is not an operation that supervenes afterwards, from the outside, one fine day. It is always already at work in the work. Since the saleable force of Sales is always already contained within the very architecture of the work, all one would finally have to do to be able to sell, given this always already, is to do memory work. Yet since I want neither to accept nor to reject a conclusion formulated in precisely these terms, let us leave this question suspended for the moment.”
Bought one of those rockets on the right a few years ago while in Newcastle. Fired it off on a field next to skirlaugh with my grandson. One of the best days I’ve ever had, I can still hear his screams of delight.
Reminds me of the Susquehanna Hat company in Laurel and Hardy great comedy - like done if the pointless arguments and FACTS on here - which tend to be opinions . A fact for me is for example - there are twelve inches in a foot , that’s a measurement - not biology - FACT I need my pills
This may be true, but its still understandable why clubs who might not give a toss about football were annoyed by one entity assuming control of something that was designed for use by the community as a whole. It may work out in the long term for the better, but at the time it came across as horrifically arrogant and very poorly managed from the outside looking in. I'll be completely honest, I had no idea the arena was open on match days. I'd wager there is a lot of people who would say the same.
