If they add Trippier, Coutinho and a few others then I doubt they’ll be relegated. They need to claw back about 5-6 points on Burnley and Watford (assuming these two win their games in hand). Which would be doable with some decent additions.
Vlahovic Watch Fiorentina are set to loan in Krzysztof Piatek with an option to buy this month Expecting an opening in their squad in the forward positions?
From BBC: Up to 11 players are keen to leave Manchester United, having grown disillusioned with life at Old Trafford and rumours of a dressing-room crisis. (Mirror) If Dalot is one of them, then that's one I would take.
Rennes are reportedly looking to make an offer for Hugo What're the odds that he verbally agrees, flies out to Rennes and is shown around, but when he's about to take his medical he hops on a plane back to the UK and signs an extension with us?
Can somebody go and check in on SpursWeb and see if they're okay? Because they're saying we should sell either Kane or Son, and I really don't think that they are
Apparently we’re not interested in Coutinho… There’s also been talk of interest in Lamptey with a £50m valuation being mooted but Potter has said he expects all his players to be with him through Jan.
Rumours we may offer £20m plus Doherty on loan for Traore… Sometimes I wonder if this club just wants to bury itself.
Oh boy, that'll lead to every Serie A CB with eighteen months or less on their contract being linked...
After a quick scan of SM this morning it would be easier to say which player we are not going to buy this window
Coutinho to Villa is a done deal. Great signing for them. Surprised he hasn’t ended up at a Spurs or Arsenal level type of club tbh
I never thought he'd end up at Spurs. Somebody would have swooped in, Mourinho style, and made sure that he went elsewhere. Villa, Chelsea, Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool, Crystal Palace, Man City etc. all enjoy dealing with each other for the mutual benefit of each other. When did any player with a history of these clubs ever join us for the benefit of us? We are not in the 'club'.
Spurs fans watching other clubs sign players whilst we wait for the Spurs admin to Tweet a video of Dele from 2017 or Ndombele doing a stepover right before the moment he keels over in need of oxygen. please log in to view this image
Yep. I don't think either of those two are going anywhere in this window either. If we're very lucky, and I mean extremely lucky, we'll get Kessie and a CB. I reckon Vlahovic will go to Arsenal.
I reckon Dele will go out on loan near the end of the window but we'll be stuck with the fat useless mess for a while, no one's gonna dump their cash on him. I think Kessie will be a summer deal for someone, hopefully for us but there'll be competition. CB could be a real possibility and we'll probably sign Traore because we like wasting money on average players. Apparently Vlahovic ain't interested in joining Arsenal despite the fact they seem to be the club most interested, there were even rumours his agents were rejecting their calls (albeit likely bollocks).
The Telegraph are claiming that Levy's buggered off to the Bahamas to talk to Joe Lewis. Having a word about investing money and transfers, allegedly.
