    Guys,

I've been playing quite a bit of indie music down at the valley, which to be honest covers a broad amount of bands.

I'd like to throw in some rock music and wondered if you had any suggestions?

Manic Street Preachers - It's not war (Just the end of love) could get the crowd going...

London Calling and Into The Valley always went down a treat though...

I throw London Calling and Into The Valley in now and then, some complain that the same songs are played each week.

These might be a bit too heavy to play due to popular demand, as I am a heavy metal fan, but I might suggest maybe Avenged Sevenfold, Alien Ant Farm, Linkin Park, Nirvana all might be suitable, but maybe not.

Being another heavy modern rock fan most suggestions are moot, however the call for Foo Fighters is pretty broad and well intentioned. I wonder if some pop punk might be a good way to go?

My personal choices would be (and these are what play on FIFA 11 when i score/walk out of the tunnel)
    -Spark plug- idiot pilot
    -Break stuff- limp bizkit
    -Lostprophets- awkward
-Everytime a teenager listens to drum and bass a rock star dies- rueben
-In your head no one can hear you scream- rabbit junk
-Start with a strong and persistent desire- vex red
    -My Balls- snot
    -Careful- paramore
    -Dogs blood- alexisonfire
    -Dirty blue ballons- failure
-Not so pretty now- nine inch nails

...of course i'd never suggest any of the above as many fans would be heading for the exists pretty quick <laugh>

Sorry you're not a winner would be amazing to hear...especially if a decent chunk of the crowd went along with the clapping. Can't see it happening though.

If you want rock, some guns n' roses would be a must have.. just a day by feeder would go down well, rage against the machine...killing in the name (Full version obviously)
