Trouble is they’ll probably be rearranged for sometime around my birthday in March and ruin that instead <grr>

    Morning Everyone.

Burnley have the strongest aeriel threat in the top flight. Ours is the second to worst. We must not concede any needless free kicks near our penalty area.

I noticed in Bielsa interview he never mentioned Rodrigo, will be interesting to see the line up today.

Or Struijk which means one of two things, they’re both back or they’re both long term injuries.

Forget that, Firpo will be starting that’s at least four free kicks head start for them

On around the 16th December Rodrigo posted an Instagram picture of himself in the gym with the caption “Working hard to be back as soon as possible."

How far away that was from murder ball training I’ve no idea but at just over two weeks ago surely he’s very near? Koch did exactly the same and we saw him start two weeks later, difference was his was necessity

Take all 3 points today and I am reasonably confident we will survive
Take none and we will be in a dog fight for the rest of the season
Let’s hope we have a decent ref for a change

Bielsa contradicts himself. He did it with other players too putting them straight back in. I wonder if he believes all 5hat gobbledegook he comes out with.

Charlie Taylor usually handles Raphinha fairly comfortably so it might be on someone else to create today.

At least James isn’t being played as a striker

Nice to see Llorente and Koch together.
Forshaw just in front of the back four and hopefully he can do a role like Philips.
Raphinha needs to step up today and roast Taylor, he’s been quiet last few outings.
Roberts upfront??????? Let’s just leave that for now.
Harrison again leave it for now, my opinion is he’s been a waste of money.
Klich has a bad one then put Bate on, this kid is good.
Bielsa has different permutations today, will he use them if need be.

I think Roberts is our best available option up front. He has been playing decent for a few weeks now and one of his strengths up top is his hold up play. He can put himself about a bit and is fairly strong. I'd say that's pretty useful against this lot. They'd just kick Gelhardt off the pitch. Hopefully Gelhardt can come off the bench when they are a bit tired and have an impact.

Dallas and Klich really need to step up today. They are both senior international players and need to lead the players around them.
