What to do when Tiote goes

Gosling was only barely 20 when we bought him and suffered a horrendous year long injury.

Tiote was 23/24 and had bags of European experience under his belt from the continent, as well as more international caps/world cup games than Gosling could shake a stick at.

Gosling obviously is nowhere near Tiote as a defensive midfielder presently, but there's a very high possibility he'll be just as good if not better in another position under Pardew over the next 5 seasons.
