    Fair points and a fair stance BT.
    Unfortunately some don't like FACTS and some don't bother reading what's actually written.
    Having said that, it does look like it really is happening this time. I even allowed myself a punch in the air and a 'yes' when the update came through last night .... but on reflection and in reality it was only confirmation of what we had already heard. No, in fact it confirmed that it isn't as advanced as some led us to believe (even HDM with the 'christmas eve' comment), as the agreement has even now not yet been fully finalised and sent to the EFL!
    But for Acun to make such an announcement it must surely be happening, and it's pretty certain the EFL approval is now a mere formality.
    Half a celebration now, the rest asap next week.

    I do recall passing my ITK info on that the deal needed the EFL to crack on and do their bit, and getting told that wasn’t correct…

    Anyway nearly there…come on EFL!

    Just to clarify, it doesn't sound like the EFL will be doing anything on it until Tuesday, as the agreement isn't finalised yet and isn't being sent until Tuesday!
    Come on Acun and Allams and their solicitors more like; get the bloody thing finalised!!

    I’m sure some of the posters on here are trying to up the pages for the sweep stake.
    I can concur with your post. It’s all done it will be published 48 hrs from last night by the EFL. Thanks to all those ITK posters who’ve endeavoured to keep us advised. I first heard of the Acun takeover and the negotiator Tan Kesler on the 28th August, The day of the Bournemouth home game.
