So the dude from the king, and dune, and don't look up (jennys squeeze)

Decided he's a very decent actor.

    Good for him

Loki = the series thing on disney+. Anyone else?

Very good. Comedy throughout. Better than the mandorian and I really enjoyed that.

    Hope they do more.

    9/10

    Classic

Flicked past misery the other night and the mrs mentioned she'd never seen it so stuck it on.

Still a great thriller, obviously I've seen it but she was gripped. So enjoyed seeing that at least.

Before that in terms of throwback movies I watched heat recently and loved it all over again.

    The Unforgivable

One of those that has really divided opinion. Critics panned it while audiences love it. Giving it a solid 7/10 and while Sandra Bullock is excellent in lead, I felt someone like Emily Blunt could've taken the role (and the film) to another level.

Surprising for Denzil that. He was very good in Much Ado About Nothing. Actually so was Keanu Reeves which was also surprising, probably his best performance but then he was playing a ****.

I'd recommend The Little Things which Denzil's very good in.

Watched El Cid this morning, a typical Hollywood epic from the early sixties but there is something about El Cid riding out to battle;e alongside his King even tho. he is dead that manages to grab you

Even more so that it is based on a true story

    Yeh
A very 1950's Hollywood version of a true story tbf. His real life and the different rulers on all sides he served under was even more incredible.

I watched Ice Cold In Alex for the first time earlier today 9/10 - that could've been made today and it wouldn't be as good.

Just seen "The tall man" is on Sky horror on Sunday, great film and will watch again.
Bit of a twist at the end that leaves you wondering if a good or bad thing happened.
