@bazdjcooper hi Baz. I’m cousins with a financial aspect of ‘the deal.’ Rolllits solicitors. It’s fallen through- terms not fully agreed. Statement that due diligence is over coming shortly. More offers now encouraged (panicked). Frustrating. #hcafc

 

It's garbage which doesn't make sense. We've gone to the EFL for approval but haven't already agreed terms, that ain't how it works.

If it was true, the first person to find out would be Baz and the lad who works at Rollitts would be fired too as he's broken an NDA

 

Baz already reported due dil was over. It seems garbage, but I'm do find it weird that there were'updates over the Xmas bank holidays but none now were back to working days.

 

This is the actual Tweet, I can't imagine anyone at Rollits leaking this, he would be sacked.

 

I suspect the EFL with be snowed under with COVID issues, if the ball is in their court then it's no surprise anything is happening quickly over the holiday period.

 

I thought it past dealings the club used a different soilicitors, I can’t remember who it was but it wasn’t rollitts

 

The Allams used Rollits LLP during their acquisition of the club back in 2010. One of their solicitors (John Flanagan) was a director appointed to the board of Allamhouse Limited but he subsequently resigned. So, there was a previous link between the Allams and Rollits LLP.

I do not know if the same firm represented the club at their successful section 9 arbitration with Barnsley FC which concerned the transfer of Angus MacDonald. This in and of itself does not mean that they would or would not be acting for the club in respect of the sale but it would show a continuing legal relationship.

Hopefully, this tweet is not accurate.

Just the exact opposite. An announcement imminent. New Year, new start all round. Wouldn't surprise me either if Assem Allam receives on honour in the New Years Honours list.

He had a body of over 10,000 tweets. That alone had me worried earlier this morning (for a minute or two) but it would seem there was /is no truth in it…

I Managed to have a quick look at his account, had over a thousand followers( The whole account could be fake , i know absolutly nothing about twitter)

 

Knew it would be a load of Rollitts.
