Here is a link to the EFL new owners and directors "test"/EFL approval. It does appear (in my non legal opinion) there are a number of actions that have to take place within 14 days of any takeover/change of ownership. My guess is the deal is completed and they have submitted for final approval. But there again...I am not ITK
