Well worth seeing live, saw him do brilliant gig in Brighton. Incredible voice !

 

How boring is the Brit Awards nominees list this year. ToTP selections. Should be a Little Simz whitewash - very very good album - but of course it won’t be. Adele lovefest for a very selfish album (imho) most likely.

Mrs is flying the flag for Little Simz too, she's a big fan.

**** The Brits, it's been nothing but a Just17 / TotP / Heat popularity contest for years, and doesn't actually bother with the musical talent that's out there. As you say, Mercury is a much better award ceremony for actual musos, although it can also be a bit devisive.

I've never actually asked her but I bet it would be seeing the Beatles live on a televised 'Sunday Night at the London Palladium', must have been 1963 when Beatlemania was off the scale. I'm sure she still has the ticket stub...
