You've just reminded me of my Grandmother's house down Hawthorn Avenue. She still had an outside loo as late as the 1980s - I thought it was such an amazing novelty as a small child. The tin bath was still kept in the back yard then too.
Not sure that you have that right. City played Millwall on Boxing day in 66 capcity crowd or near capacity. Think City lost. No game Christmas day.
We played Millwall at home on Dec 27th 1965, I was there. 40,000 plus. Biggest crowd in the country on the day. We won 1-0. Lost 3-0 the following day at The Den. Huddersfield at home was Boxing Day 1966, as I posted earlier.
