please log in to view this image Sunday 19th December 4.30pm Premier League Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Another match that may or may not go ahead, so I'm going with another minimalist thread, I'm afraid. No squad details from either side and covid outbreaks abound, so who knows what'll happen? Lineups for each side's last league game: Spurs: Lloris; Davies, Dier, Sanchez; Tanganga, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Moura, Kane, Son. Subs: Gollini, Doherty, Rodon, Winks, Ndombele, Sessegnon, Alli, Bergwijn, Scarlett. League form: LLDWWW. Liverpool: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Kounate, Robertson; Thiago, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain; Salah, Jota, Mane. Subs: Kelleher, Pitaluga, Williams, Gomez, Tsimikas, Keita, Milner, Minamino, Firmino. League form: WWWWWW. Ref: Paul Tierney. VAR: Chris Kavanagh. TV: Sky Sports. How would you like to line up for this one, given that we've got no idea who's available?
Can we get the Poool and the PL to accept this game as a default 0-1 win ?? Would be best all round for Spurs at the moment.
Dan KP's predicted lineup Lloris; Tanganga, Dier, Sanchez; Royal, Winks, Ndombele, Sessegnon; Bergwijn, Lo Celso; Kane Still can't get my head around Sanchez being the Gary Cahill in our back three...
Our situation has improved and we’ve got most of our team back training now, albeit most won’t be in a good enough state to play 90 mins I’d imagine so it won’t be pretty viewing for us Spurs fans. Think it’ll depend if your situation worsens, I know you missed a few the other night, if that spreads then it’ll be called off I reckon, if it’s contained to just those three then I think it’ll go ahead.
Genuinely find it bizarre that the Premier League and the Government ain't just called off this week's matches to give the clubs a chance to get sorted but more to minimise the risk of infection spreading on tubes, buses, trains, pubs and in grounds. They act as though that that horse racing meet and the Liverpool V Athletico games did no harm....talk about not learning lessons
And meanwhile the TV people choose to send Bournemouth all the way to Middlesbrough for a 12.30 kick off
