Im of the opinion that Bruce was good for the players morale and they played as best they could for him. But he’s a tactical dinosaur hence the dreadful results. I’m now thinking Eddie is exactly the same, hence why nothing whatsoever has changed.

A ****ing infant can see two CMs doesn’t work, especially when they’re as bad as ours, yet he keeps doing it. Exactly like Steve. The only difference, literally, is Steve played a third CB in a 541, Eddie plays flat 442. In both examples multiple players aren’t playing to strengths and we’re woefully exposed in midfield and defence. We continue to select the ****ing abomination Lascelles.

4231 against bigger clubs, 433 in winnable fixtures. Fede not Lascelles. .

I have the possession stats are improving and you can see they're trying to play the game right, but aren't quite good enough to do it yet.

We were unbeaten in 3 coming off a win and Leicester had to cheat to gain the edge.

Results went out way largely let's hope we can get a result or 2 over Xmas

We don't have the players to play an attacking style at present. We cant play a wide 4-3-3 as no way we have a LF or RF capable of A) scoring and B) Crossing.

We can't play a narrow 4-3-3 as we simply don't have 3 strikers capable of scoring goals.

We don't have the players to play 4-2-3-1 as we don't have 2 midfielders capable of A) Keeping possession B) Winning aerial challenges C) Protecting the defence

4-5-1 I fear would leave Wilson on his own up top and we'd get ****ing pulverised in our own half constantly.

We simply do not have the players capable of putting out a decent stating 11 in any formation.

Disagree completely. On a number of levels. As I’ve explained repeatedly.

That’s actually correct. The last paragraph is perfect. We just don’t have a decent team.

Howe is going to be judged by the end of the season either way.

I reserve that currently. Because he really has poor players at his disposal. And without a DoF (which may I add is crazy that we ain’t got one) means that all signings we do make will be more or less his decisions.

    Which is also worrying.

Yeah, that ****s just not capable of playing.
Championship centre half. Notts Forrest standard.
Teams are actually set up to make us give the ball to him to play it out.
    Funny as.

I can't understand why Roly hasn't been approached by one of the top clubs to be their head coach.

Fair enough the possession stats have improved but at an alarming risk to results.

Today could just be a blip. I don’t recall Bruce getting hammered that many times mind.

That second half performance is right up there with some of the worst I’ve seen for decades.

We have some bad footballers at our club.

The good thing is we are more or less relegated. But for a total change of things. So we can plan for next season.

Stuck it out then pulled it back just as he saw Maddison dive for his leg.
Ridiculous decision by the ref and var.

Why, it was only 10 mins in, no pattern to the game had formed by then.
Evans is a good solid centre half.

I disagree mate, I think we struggle with every formation. The squad is piss poor. The major problem we have is every team for some reason has to fit ASM in and he doesn't warrant it. It's fitting him in ****s every formation up.

He's not a striker (they score), He's not a number 10 (they create), and he's not a winger (they cross) - he's a ****ing show pony.

3 in the centre - ****ing mint idea because that means we get to bring in Longstaff, Hayden or Hendrick. Who are all dog ****. And we can moan about them.

Wing backs - Lewis, Manq and Kraft - what a ****ing choice - its like picking what bollock you'd like surgically removed first before having the other removed.

Centre backs - Wow, what a choice of riches we have to choose from.

Agree, but lacelles the problem in the 1st place.

I feel like that Leicester and all this crap about injuries was strange. Very strong 11.. Just out luck Tielmans is back and Maddison coming into form.. Daka in and then even soumoure came on for Evans.

They're just a much much better side... We really are as bad as our league position

I think our Jan transfer window approach is literally going to be like letting the kids loose on a 5 minute trolley dash of the 3rd floor of Fenwicks. Grab whatever is going that looks sparkling and new with no thought process behind it.

Its going to be like ordering a conservatory when you live in a 4th floor flat.
