Think I would have done the same as @luvgonzo if my kids were drunk and cooking at 2am in the morning.

Get their own gaff, if they want to do as they choose, otherwise parent house rules apply.

My youngest was also very grown up yesterday for a 15 year old. He had some friends around (about 5 of them) and they started throwing some food around in the kitchen. He kicked them out and cleaned up and said he won't have them around again.
