Apparently he started negotiations back in October. I think there was more to the story of him buying the club than most of us knew (like the earlier involvement).
Our current hopeful buyer started out in MAY and here we are in December. The talk back then was to be completed before this season started.
Correct it's 11 years, duff information from someone trying to tie the sale of the club to their 10 th anniversary. Neither of which are true. The fella was convinced there was a link. No harm intended, no harm done.

I have you down as one of the main ITK’ers on this thread (for now), and I’m hoping that there aren’t any other ‘shoot from the hip’ type postings from you that haven’t yet been challenged. this should fill a few more pages, was a bit concerned that this thread had slipped down to 7th on the list
Now then stranger. The fella telling me or should I say explaining his theory that the take over WILL coincide with the Allams 10th anniversary actually works at the club on a matchday. Lovely old bloke who has followed City all his life. He was adamant he was right. I tried to explain to him that there will be no announcement on Saturday but......in the end I posted his 'news' about the 10th anniversary and that we are playing the same team. Posted it, thought about it and realised it wasn't quite true. So without sounding anymore like Basil Fawlty explaining why the chef didn't make the Waldorf salad, I will leave it there. Just adding there was not harm intended or done and UTT. If you still frequent your old haunt on Prinny Ave I might bump into you on Saturday ?

I spoke to someone today who told me that Acun has been there this week and it's going to be announced tomorrow on Sky. I am not ITK, its a definite unsubstantiated rumour.
