Not really - you can print them out. I have the NHS one but cant access the App when I am out of the country so printed it out and show it when I go in the malls and supermarkets here. Its compulsory to be vaccinated or under 12 if you want to go in.
It takes a few seconds and everyone in europe does it. You have to be a special type of person to have a huff on about it imo.

yep. The same folk who make a big deal about not being able to show a copy of the pass are the same ones who were so ‘confused’ about the social distancing rules (which was essentially ‘stay the **** away from people’)

Does your vaccination card with the dates you got stabbed count as a passport? My signals **** at SJP and for some reason I only get 3 days at a time on mine anyways.
I’m not sure as I think the pass is a QR code format, I guess so whoever checks just has a reader to scan that code Paper would be too easy to forge which is why they went down the QR code route
