Anyone involved in, or who had knowledge of, that party should resign/be sacked from government, but ignoring rules based on scientific advice, just because you don't like the idiots in power, is extreme stupidity.
I thought the idea of the vaccine stops you getting it bad and if you pass it on to the people who are jabbed they will get a mild dose, and if you pass it on to people who are not vaccinated, well to be fair I couldn’t give a toss about them anyway.
He was probably in his own hotel football when he tweeted it. Interesting to see if his establishments follow the rules. I get that he is passionate but the country is a bit pissed off at the moment and it only takes a little spark to set things off. I agree, he needs to think a bit more before saying things like that.
Although I agree with your sentiment entirely I don’t agree that this crew always follow the science and there is also huge incompetence which affects credibility. Right now I’m a day in to a ten day isolation because I’ve been exposed to someone with the new variant. The two people who have recently been told they have Covid have rang to ask if they have the new variant and what that means. They’ve been told not there is no evidence they have at this point and it’s unlikely. I’ve been told I can’t be allowed out because they do have it. The guidance says I have to stay in if they do have it so I’m stuck in but if not because I’ve got 2 jabs and a booster I’m allowed out. Now on the increased measures of plan b I’m allowed out from Monday but I have to stay in till Monday under current rules. I’ll test (currently negative, no symptoms) and be sensible of course but I’m not staying in till Monday like Monday makes the difference between transmission or not. Totally incompetent and contracts thrown out to the usual multinational Tory donating/ supporting suspects on political principle to do test and trace, instead of investing in people with an investment in public health and communities.
Of course they don't follow the science. Its always a pale imitation of what the scientists actually recommend.
i am no lover of the royals and never have been, but watching pictures of that poor woman sat clearly on her own at her husbands funeral when i am sure no fecker would have been bothered if she had at least a family member there for comfort, then hearing the tories bumble through another load of blatant lies is damn heartbreaking...iirc the queen has the power to dissolve parliament, i believe there has never been a better time for her to use that power, when they take the p1ss out of the people it's one thing but making the royals look daft should be their last ever act.
