The 1 in 4 bit was in the Metro. The bit about Omicron was found by browsing...cant find it myself....you know how you wander down a rabbit hole on Google
I do indeed, I've learnt to avoid bad language if using voice recognition. I'm waiting the results of worldwide research into Omicron. I does seem with Delta it an individually veriable response to infection. A group here including two non vaccinated friends and a vaccinated colleague who got very ill. She had a previously undetected underlying health problem. Meanwhile another friend on extended vacation in Thailand with comprehensive insurance is hoping for the worst.
NHS covid pass mandatory for large venues such as football stadia. Going to be fun getting into St Mary's now.
What’s the problem ? You don’t have to wear a mask if your singing , so just sing instead of talking . Please sit down . 1 pint and a pie please . The ref is a wan*er.
I hope nightclubs tell them to get ****ed. Can't see how they could enforce it if there was mass non compliance from the industry.
In Ireland late night bars and nightclubs opened for a grand total of 3 weeks before being told everywhere had to close at 12 again. That's 3 weeks in the last 20 months. This is despite our hospital numbers going down. So fed up with the whole thing. Was in Manchester and Edinburgh at the weekend and was amazing to see some normality unlike over here where we have never began to live with covid despite having the highest vaccine rate in the EU
I don't understand this covid pass stuff. Vaccinated or not you can still catch and pass on covid. So what's the point of a covid pass.
If most of the 32,000 people inside the stadium are vaccinated, the chance of you getting covid goes down dramatically. With winter coming up, it does make sense to not turn sports venues into super spreader events.
It would, but logistically that would never happen. The next best thing is vaccinated people (who have a 80-85% chance of not catching it)
Feck me, they can’t manage to get everyone through the turnstile in time now. Better get the camping gear out for home games going forward. Wonder when we will get the updated ARRIVE EARLY buck passing email from the club this time?
I'm double vaccinated, I have it. Felt like crap with it too. Both of my friends I was out with are both double vaccinated and also have it. It will transmit vaccinated or not.
The logistical thing I meant was 30,000 people taking a test and getting the result a day or 2 before the match rather than presenting the evidence. The capacity is there, but it is a lot easier to have a pass that is valid for a month if you see what I mean. The next stage (if there is one) will be a test though.
