Unfortunately it doesn’t mean to much. It lifts the initial share volume and increases it to fit in with the share structure of the deal. It just balances out the shareholding’s as per the shareholders agreement: 80:10:10. There is no restriction on investment into the business by the shareholders over and above the initial share capital: what happens is a share premium account would be created. It has no affect on FFP unfortunately but it does allow investment into balance sheet infrastructure.
They've missed a trick not letting us in with ****ing hammers and chisels like, they would have made a fortune, they also wouldn't have had to hire a crane as we would have made the worlds biggest biggest pile on ever to reach the ****ing things.
I also like the way they are literally tearing the ****e signs down and just tossing them on the ground below by the looks of things
Although I love that idea I think they will be winching them down slowly. But hell let’s just imagine that the chaps are saying “oops” each time a letter falls accidentally on purpose and smashes to bits.
Why is this not being live streamed? We had 16k watching a ****ing court room that none of us had a clue about, at least we could follow the general script here
