Try it until January and then get rid if it’s not working. Should be enough interest in him to get a half decent fee and then use that towards what the club needs.
I said it before and I'll say it again: the real talking point is that Dele doesn't appear to have been considered as a backup option up front, or at the very least is shuffling down the list of considered options
You'd have thought that it would make more sense for the squad than Bergwijn. If Bergwijn's backup for Kane, then who's backup for Moura?
It’s not even really a talking point, Dele’s Tottenham career is done so it’s doubtful he’ll be considered in any role or situation, unless that situation involves him being part of a transfer.
Essentially Moura should be the backup, we just don’t have the starter. I’d imagine Conte currently sees Gil as it though, which we all know at present is just not the greatest of ideas.
I don't advise making a drinking game out of Conte headlines You'll need your stomach pumped the amount of times "my biggest challenge" has been thrown about in the past couple of days...
Agree, Dele’s done. Had more than enough chances to come good. The club can’t be sentimental and give chances to players that used to contribute 4-5 years ago.
Looks like we were wise to not go for Jesse Marsch, as he looks to be on the brink of getting sacked by Monster Energy Dusseldorf Not a glowing endorsement of the energy drink Boot Room

Conte has had six games against very poor opposition though. If you look at Nuno's results against teams in the bottom half plus Mura and Arnhem they are quite similar. The next five games will be a much better test of Conte.
The results are similar, maybe with the exception of the dreadful loss to Palace. What's very different, is the manner of the performances. The players are clearly fitter. The levels of commitment are up, as are chances created and goals scored. That's improved from PL match to PL match under Conte. Against Everton, there was little observable change but it's definitely improved since. To be fair to Nuno, I think that there's a ceiling for this group of players and without additions to the squad, Conte's unlikely to fair that much better against the top teams. However, I'd expect Conte's Spurs not to capitulate as we did against Chelsea and United and have more structure than we did against Arsenal and Palace. We could get a win (or two) under Conte, just as Nuno got against City but game in, game out we'll look fitter and more organised. After the Mura loss, Conte said that he isn't a magician. He asked for time to work and patience. We'll not become a really good team overnight because we haven't got enough good players, who are fit enough to win tough matches. Next season will be when I'd expect Conte to really show his worth but the improvement has definitely begun already.
