A fantastic card at Fairyhouse and the horse I am most looking forward to seeing is Fil D'Or in the Juvenile Hurdle. He was awesome on debut at Down Royal.

The first 2 looked very good in the juvenile.

Very tight finish to the Royal Bond and the Mullins mare gets up to win at 12/1. The one to take out of the race is third-placed Mighty Potter who didn't have the run of the race at all and, having been a little outpaced round the final bend, finished to great effect.

Honeysuckle now best-priced EVS for the Champion Hurdle after sauntering to victory in the Hatton's Grace. She doesn't even need the mares allowance, she is so dominant.

A slow Sunday with only low grade NH racing at Leicester surviving the weather gods on these shores. Some stark contrasts in win prize money on offer too. Auteuil €600k, Fairyhouse $250k and Leicester £21k. In fact the total win fund at Leicester is worth around 2/3s of the win prize in the lucky last in Auteuil.
Anyway a modest ew Sunday poke on Glan in the next at Fairyhouse at around 16s.
