Anyone else concerned by the lack of news about a Director of Football?

Disagree here. It’s five weeks til Jan window is open. We need a body or two in on the first day, not a couple of loans by Feb. Time is of the essence and the more we do the more the players can see what is happening.

I have a feeling this will be done this week regarding DOF and I reckon it will be Campos. I reckon the delay has been due to him being a control freak and negotiations have taken longer as a result.

 

Yes: it’s one of the first rolls that needs to be filled asap so we can plan for the transfer window.

If nothing happens by mid jan and we still don’t have a DoF then it says to me they have **** all idea what they are doing.

The fact we don’t have a DoF makes me nervous.

Nah getting it right is more important. The clubs in limbo make a decision when the situation becomes more clear.

Also just because nothings officials doesn't mean nothings happening.

This everythings got to be done quickly idea isn't the way to approach things.

The clubs primary objective is staying up

The first thing Man City did when they got took over was put in place the management structure and took it from there.

Currently we are sailing a big boat with no captain and no crew.

They put in place scouting networks. Coaching teams. I am pretty certain they put in new staff at the top aswell: I will have a look buy from memory I’m sure they did.
