Wasn't long ago he was called the baby faced assassin, now he looks in his late eighties. Not the first manager to age rapidly under stress but Christ it's hit him hard.
Simple solution for Ole is if he thinks Rushford isn't putting everything into his football then quite simply don't play him, the have quite a few other options.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: Man Utd sack manager with club seventh in Premier League 7 minutes ago That's his last big job.
he might get another chance but i think he will need to leave the english leagues for a while...ffs, we dream of the 'crisis' of only managing 7th in the premier.
Be interesting to see who they bring in, to show the cretins up the road how a big club brings big named managers in. I'm sure they would never have even thought about bringing howe in if he was still available
According to Sky, it's supposed to be an interim manager to the end of the season - big mistake for a club like that IMO. If the papers are right about Pochettino wanting to go back to the Premier League, I would be asking how much it would cost to release him
Agreed. He should’ve been gone weeks ago anyway. Sacked just after an international break too Liverpool winning 5-0 at OT should’ve seen him sacked straight after the game!
Never understood him getting one of the biggest jobs in world football. Other than he played for them he has not a thing on his cv to deserve an interview for that job never mind getting a crack at it.
It was, a club with the pull and history they do gave Solkjaer it fulltime after he took it over on a temporary basis during the end of season for the club he was manager of. It was a strange one indeed, still don't understand it myself.
