R4's flagship news programme often has two male presenters on together (a combination from Nick Robinson, Justin Webb and Amol Rajan) and as a mix or two female presenters. The presenters - as nearly all BBC employees - are on a rota and gender doesn't come into it. There are plenty of programmes with more than one male presenter. Just a thought, obviously the new owner will need someone to run the football club, and the likelihood is that a Director of Football might come in. Rather than having him as a coach, maybe he has Shota Arveladze in mind for this position?

I wouldn't disagree with you at all Ming, but I was answering a specific question and not least based upon my own experience in broadcasting and teaching it.
