To be fair to Adam Johnson he has probably never watched a full porn film, just little snatches.

Ah another lamb to the slaughter!

Nig and Rog appear to have buggered off and Sid isn't around that much these days, so we needed to replenish the SMB quota here. Just stay in this thread, it's like a little pen for your deformed breathern.

Ha just popped over to the makems are still holding a therapy session.

A mix of delusional Sunderland fans trying to tell each other it's going to be ok, some human rights stuff and then a desperate hope that pif are buying some shares in inter Milan.

They're absolutely all over the place... <laugh>

They are coughing at anything to deflect away from the fact that they will never compete with us again…

They're all absolutely finished... The ones using the most emojis clearly need therapy.

Is that North East Top Dogs trophy bollox still a thing? Or have they just given up on the idea?

Morning, my little magster chums. Many words expended on us, as per usual. Most gratifying.

Since your endless consideration of our current circumstances helps you cope with life at the bottom, might l redirect your thoughts to your own, not inconsiderable, plight.

So how do you fancy your chances against Brentford? The Arse away is a toughie, so the homers against the Bees and (especially) Canaries will be crucial. Anything less than 6 points and you're in dead schtuck...

New manager bounce will help hopefully. Even without that we should have been going all out for the 3 points especially with it being at home and off the back of the 2nd half against Brighton.

I was slightly optimistic of scraping a win before Howe was appointed but it's a must win game for us really. If we can come out of our next 4 games with 6 or 7 points I'll be relatively happy...anything more is a bonus. Brentford and Burnley won't be pushovers and Norwich will have a new manager bounce effect as well no doubt. Not expecting much from the Gooners game tbh.

I think we will will beat Brentford. I expect it to be a bit scrappy and possibly even a lucky win as the players get used to a new style of play despite my 7-1 prediction. I think a draw at Arsenal is a possibility and would have thought this even if Bruce had still been in the dug out. I expect us to beat Norwich, but again it may well be a scrappy affair. I think the 2 home games may well come down to the fans holding our nerve as much as the players as this lot crumble as soon as the crowd begin to grumble.

I still think we will be bottom 4 come the Jan transfer window and I expect it to be a struggle for the remainder of the season but hope with some fresh blood in Jan we will survive although I don't expect it to be a comfortable survival. I think we will be looking over our shoulders till the final couple of games.

I just hope the new owners bring players in early in the window and not leave it till the last few days. We don't have time to **** about leaving it till deadline day.

Pretty sure things can be done before 1st Jan....not sure to what extent but I see no reason if we have a target lined up, Lingard for example, who is not currently getting much (if any) game time can't have a pre-contract agreement in place and can be unveiled as a toon player and start training with us from 1st Jan.

Pretty much my thoughts. You need points on the board before you can expect to sign decent players, as no-one wants to join a relegation battle. Brentford and Norwich are crucial games and anything you get off the Arse is just a bonus. I think Smith is a good fit for Norwich, so it's going to be interesting...

To be fair our version of decent players in Jan will be a bit different to what we may consider decent players in years to come assuming we stay up. Henderson, Tarkowski, Lingaard etc will be big improvements on what we currently have and should be attainable. A Trippier type signing would be huge this Jan in my view.

There will also always be the merc agents from Europe looking for a massive pay day which might see us grab a decent player but we'll see. At least we can look forward to Jan knowing we'll be looking to buy than looking for last day loans.

Ah yer back, you old knacker.

I don't think it's "endless consideration", more the fact that you lot constantly raise your distorted heads in this thread to get a rise, and we just see you and realise how much worse things could be.... whereas you lot have a 200+ page about us on your board lol. Talk about living rent free in your minds.

Next 3 games are winnable, and the new manager boost will be a positive factor, Brentford's recent form is dire but they still look like a decent team. Norwich on the other hand definitely ain't a Prem team.

On that note after 4 losses in a row, do you think you're gonna reach your hallowed 6 in a row again, with the crunch matches vs Ipswich and Shrewsbury?
