Look it's not my job to help but try this. ‘Why Don’t People Like Me?’ 6 Powerful Reasons - Learning Mind (learning-mind.com).
The good times we had under the allams will be remembered for a lot longer then the bad things IMO. I realise that this is your opinion but it really isn't going to happen. The Allams are responsible for dividing and decimating the fan base and killing our club. That is how they will be remembered by the vast majority.
Killing our club, slightly dramatic don't you think! You might be bitter and hold onto the negatives, but I won't be sat talking to my great grand kids in 20/30yrs time and telling them negative things about this period in our history, I'll be telling them about Fa cup runs, Wembley trips, home and aways games in Europe, etc....those are the memories I'll keep and all things I was almost certain I'd never get remotely close to as a Hull city fan. We have had plenty of bad owners in the past, but never any of the things I've just mentioned....But each to their own I suppose.
they will be remembered for all the good they did, and they did a lot they have also kept their word that they would only let the club go to people who can look after the club and take it further and progress, they have left the club in better position than when they took over, they have given us successful times and looked after other areas like hospitals and uni's. Most clubs have owners who many fans think they divide them, not all fans at any club like the owners they have and whatever business you are in people always think they can move it forward with their ideas sometimes that upsets many. It is now time to move on a new era and future and hopefully a successful one.
Sorry mate .. but don't believe that for a second, they've let it go to someone who is prepared to pay in the region of what they want for it .. dont confuse business with morals. If the other agreed deal had been passed at the fit and proper stage it would have gone to them, surprisingly some of the consortium were dodgy hence why it failed, but it didn't stop the Allams shaking hands on the deal.
Reminder to myself a poster who goes by the name of ‘1moreagain’ is attempting to be funny note to self he ain’t funny.
The reason that the consortium failed the fit and proper test was that the original members did not declare that they were funded by others. I think the Dias had conducted all of the business themselves.
... And the Dai's were so dodgy they bought Reading instead for less money with a consortium member less and put too much money in.
Frankly though with Reading being deducted 9 points for a bit of dodginess, and never really getting close to the PL during their tenure it was arguably a bullet dodged.
This.100%. And finding it a bit hard to take in some of the positives slants on here about he Allam era. They've been utter twats at our club ever since they didn't get their way and they've shat on fans (us) time and again. Let's not rewrite history or pretend that actually they weren't that bad. Yes, the team had some greats highs inspite of their ****wittery but that doesn't change the facts / the history that they have been utter twats. The new regime now have a major rebuilding job to do, on and off the field. Hopefully they are welcomed with open arms by all, and over time repay that welcome.
The 9 points won't relegate them. The 'dodginess' was spending too much money. Truly terrible owners.
