I'll get my total goals scored in... before tonights opening FA Cup Round One match between... AFC Sudbury v Colchester.

I hate doing the FA Cup. I know I'm guessing when I have to look some or even most of these up to know what league they play in.

I do at least know that Yale is a famous Ivy League University in Connecticut USA. Yate on the other hand is a small town in Gloucestershire and it's far more likely it is they who are playing Yeovil in the FA Cup rather than Yale. As the "T" key on a keyboard is some distance from the "L", I can only assume Sensible's eyesight is still affected by recent bright sunshine (or possibly mucho vino) and the rest of you followed him.

No. Last cup match is just about to finish so points not yet awarded. Patients dear fellow and all will be revealed.

 

Right then at last here we are with the points. Firstly I make it 110 goals in total for the whole round. Please double check this as I'm sure a couple of you will. We are as rubbish at predicting Cup results as we are at league ones. Top for this round was Joe who had the nearest goal total (he was one out) with 12 points followed by BC with 8. Then came four of us with 4 points apiece who were Plymborn, SMH, Musty and Me. Bringing up the rear this time with a joint effort were Notdistant and Lyndie with 3 each.

The following Tuesday are all of the Cup replays. I believe there are 12 which is the same number of games as if it was a full league day. Lets just go for all of them. One joker and goal time for Argyle game. Plenty of notice so no excuse not to get your entries in.

 

For the Cup replays will the predicted score be for 90 minutes....extra time or penalty shootouts ?
