im a fan of Younger, also the lad fits in seamlessly in the team, either we play him or he will be away, he is good enough now and WILL BE another Niel with a few first team games. No the wonder players FO we the fans rage about being poached by bigger clubs , i think not getting a chance is a bigger pull for wanting to be away

He came from a PL academy in Burnley as well. It's a strange one imo.

They gave him a new contract in the summer too. You'd assume they see him as part of the plans but the lad hasn't had a look in

We also have Patrick Almond - built like a brick sh**house and takes no prisoners.
I'm sure he could rough up the opposition...

Pleased there's a stream for this, it'll be great to see the red& white stripes in a game without pressure.

These international breaks do us no good so this is a good competitive game for a few players to get on the pitch.

I hope everyone there has a great time after the last few games.

Haway the Lads, back to winning ways!

If LJ changes tactics , team & formation like he needs to….sorting out the defence and shutting down crosses, I don’t care what the result is in a no pressure game. Provided we don’t get smashed.

If he is pigheaded and obstinate, doing nowt different - time for his bosses to act. He can take his best mate Wright with him.

Not a lot to go on from the SAFC site but according to this mornings Chronicle Evans, Flanagan, Cirkin, Neil, and Doyle are away on international duty, and McGeady, Stewart, and Pritchard are injury doubts.

Exactly. This smacks of someone too arrogant to have the stones to change this around. all LJ has done to date this year is change players around in the same formation, which cannot work in very game. You have to mix it up, and surely by god we have the data/analysis to illustrate/demonstrate that.

Remember last year and the 4-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1- or whatever daft ****e he tried for too long. My concern (from memory) is he only changed because it was forced upon him by injuries....and we went on a successful run with 3 at the back until Sanderson got crocked.

I'm now stood on the top of the LJ fence about to jump off. If he can sort it, I'll sit back down for a while. Not sure for how long though.
