Tindall was as the game with Howe last night so it would appear any issues are resolved

 

When you travel up with the person who interviewed you and agree to take the job, youd consider yourself employed

 

I'm sure it's a load of BS. It probably is the case though that sorting out the backroom staff bit is likely one of the most difficult parts of getting the deal done. If you were Howe you would want to be sure that you feel set up for success.
