Hopefully there will not be any drama tomorrow as we’re probably expected to make it through.. It will be very interesting to see how we line up.. particularly as Cook has come out saying he wants a cup run and will take it seriously I’m hoping he sticks with Walton and doesn’t totally change the back 4.. it’s an area we need a bit more continuity given our failings so far this season. Though I would probably expect some of: Wolf, Harper, Fraser, The Pig to get a start As well as: Carroll, El Miz, Norwood, to be on the bench and possibly involved.
I hope we lose 1-0, yeah i know...how can I say that blah blah blah but..... Oldham's need is far far greater than ours. It's so sad to see another club on it's knees and for that reason, i would like to see Oldham progress. Sorry!! As for my prediction, I think we will hammer them 7 or more nil
On a separate note, being Sudbury born and bred, i hope they stuff Col Who tonight. Great that i will be able to watch the game here in Spain
seems that ColU have 2 cup finals in quick succession popped over to Sudbury a few weeks ago, lovely walk over the meadows by the Mill Hotel.
As it’s a Cup game normal rules don’t apply. 4-1 Town, although I agree with Spanish, this Season we’ve bigger fish to fry and Oldham’s need is greater.
Oh ****, just realised who will be playing tonight, it's gonna be like watching a horror film for me!
A good time for this to come round... for everyone to relax and enjoy the game. To rest a few and give a few players a chance to show what they can do. But wow I would love a bit of a cup run and a big FA Cup tie this season ! Newcastle away in the 4th or 5th round would be about ideal and then that's have a go at Liverpool ! But let's not kid ourselves. The tie of the round is happening tonight and for once Suffolk is yellow!
I was going to say about Skuse, I thought on reflection I was always being harsh on him but after watching tonight and now we have Morsey is there a more unambitious player. Constantly slowed the game down, probably the most frustrating player I've seen. Even though we don't need him and wouldn't fit into our formation, Sears movement is still top class, shame we didn't get the best out of him and played him out of position for the majority of his time here.
Well I’m off to Portman rd to watch this so I’m keen to see some first teamers and some goals plus it’s my daughters first match so I hope she has a better experience than me which was a 5-1 loss to arsenal back in 94..
PC means FA Cup business, same team but we can expect good game time for subs, like Piggot and Donacien, glad he's back. 3-1 comfortable win and hopefully injury free.
