Maybe don’t allow your kid to run on the pitch you absolute weapon. Then takes a photo of his kid crying… ****’s that about?
Tottenham faced a simple and inescapable choice - stability and tedium with Nuno, or chaos with Antonio Conte.
The bloke’s getting pelters on Twitter. I think he expected people to sympathise with him allowing his kid to break the law. The club will now likely get fined for this too, usually happens with pitch invaders.
I wouldn’t have even minded stability but we didn’t get that! Though give me chaos any day of the week. Much more fun.
Probably not as frustrating as abandoning the league completely to play in a world cup in the middle of the season, the world cup literally nobody voted for, even those that were paid to vote for the ludicrous summer world cup.
Probably a bad sign when the ref can't stop looking at the camera at the start: Vitesse probably should've had a penalty for the Davies tackle on Frederickson early on. Stupid 2nd yellow for Romero, but a laughable 1st one. Not sure why he was on the right of the three, either. Another shockingly inconsistent Conference League ref, overall.
Watch Ebay for a Kane shirt , what kind of parent would take a picture of their kid crying and post it on SM looking for sympathy
Pigs at a trough. All are keen to exploit the huge popularity of football for financial game and false kudos. It's an exaggerated form of the kid running on the pitch because he wanted a Kane shirt. What was a simple game that we enjoyed on a Saturday afternoon has become a huge money machine and attracted the greedy bastards from all over the world. I am surprised I still take an interest in this game.
For a Dutch team that is disgusting, many in Holland suffered and died because of the Nazis it's incredible that these morons should use that gesture
They have a track record of doing similar against Ajax Are they hoping for a match against Anderlecht to get the complete set?
Conte's first appearance in front of the fans: His first post-match interview: I think that Alli, Winks, Dier, Tanganga and the remaining kids are going to get run ragged in the break. I hope there's an opportunity for some of the youngsters to impress him, having been left out. White and Markanday could make a push to be included more often. Son's post-match interview: Something tells me that the manager didn't just mention suffering in his Italian interview.
Most southern hemisphere leagues have to do this every World Cup. Is it really so bad that we do it once?
South Africa were found to have given FIFA bungs to host in 2010, even though it was effectively an open goal given FIFA mandated an African tournament and wanted to save face after Germany won the right to hold the 2006 tournament over South Africa In other words, the South African organisers were stupid for reasons other than pretending anyone liked vuvuzelas...
I think the front three and WBs were fine, looked dangerous, and created three goals and two red cards--though they lost steam as the game went on. Lloris was good. Hojbjerg and Skipp were very mixed: started out strong, then faded badly. Ndombele and Winks improved things considerably, especially Ndombele. The back 3 were a smoking ruin, with Davies much less awul than the other two. Sanchez was very good, and provided some badly needed fight.
really good team goal, that. Patient build up before playing through the lines and finding the space. I get the feeling that offensively we’re not going to have much to worry about now we’re actually allowed to score goals again!
