Whoa there. In any of my posts have I suggested anything crooked in the way the Allamhouse accounts are prepared? A tangled web, maybe, but not crooked. As to the haste in which the Allan's took over City, my previous, from years back, aha that makes sense, was given an update on here by another poster. That little snippet made much more sense.
Are you really suggesting that things in the accounts from before the Allams took over are the reason the takeover is taking so long?

No idea. Deals don't happen overnight and these guys have been sniffing along with others since the back end of last season. As Howden, Toast and others have already stated though, the aim has always been mid November for completion. Obvs the timing of the exclusivity period allows for a bit of leeway.
I agree with the point you're trying to make. However, bailing us out with a 'gift' then claiming millions on interest on said gift is pretty crooked behaviour in my book.
Theres a difference between what's legal and what's morally acceptable. The latter is subjective, the former isn't.
I hate the Allams with a passion but have never suggested they have done anything illegal for two good reasons: 1) I have no evidence of anything illegal 2) They have very good lawyers
My area of expertise is in IHL, LOAC and targeting but IIRC, as an example, the Companies Act has subjective elements (usually in the tests applied by the judiciary). MoH
