    I have got two assignments to do and I need to start my dissertation, but today is football manager day. Tomorrow will probably be football manager day as well......And the next day.

    There are new camera angels etc on matches, got the demo a couple of weeks back but not had much time to play, they seem to have over-complicated some of it, took me 20 minutes to give a team talk & set up opposition instructions.
    Will probably buy it tomorrow, haven't played too much football management since the last LMA manager came out on PS2 & my subsequent divorce several weeks after that <ok>

    James Tomkins is reasonably affordable & goes straight in at CB (better than Saylor), probably find some bargains once I've had time to have a proper look around.

    I've signed Sturridge and Bridge on loan, Tomkins for £3m and Diame for £3.2m, play to DMs, 2 wingers and 2 strikers. Lets see how this goes <ok>

    Pre ordered it on play.com so mine should be through the letterbox for when i get in from graft..... thats the bird being ignored for at lease 4 months....

    Quality game. <ok> Easy to use, decent depth of leagues, fair ratings and budgets, every stadium was unique and it had and ok match engine for console. Alan Hansen used to crack me up with his commentary on the highlights <laugh> Was gutted when they stopped making it.

    Much preferred it to any other Footy Manager game, maybe it was console controls or was easier looking at little bars rather than endless stats. It was easy & simple, I like easy & simple, you should meet my missus. <ok>

    How did you manage that? Who did you sell to raise £12M?

    Sold Simpson, Ranger and Perch but paid in installments anyway. I will probs go bust as had to put some ridiculous clauses in his contract to get him interested <laugh>

    I hate it when you can't get it on quickly - the one a few years back was a **** lol. Might make my lass buy me it haha

    Took me about 4 hours to get steam to work so I could download it, once I'd managed that the game was easy to install & didn't take too long. I think you need steam whether you download it or buy a disc due to piracy.
